1.Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Computer Quest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. Teachers accepting these terms on behalf of students should ensure they have authority to do so.
2.Use of the platform
Computer Quest provides AI-generated and curriculum-aligned Computer Science learning materials. You agree to use the platform for educational purposes only and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
3.Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. Teachers are responsible for managing their classes and for the accuracy of student information they import or assign.
4.Content and ownership
Lesson packages, quizzes, flashcards, and other resources generated on Computer Quest are provided for use within the platform. Original OCR-style practice questions are created by Computer Quest; authentic exam materials are used only where legally permitted. You may not redistribute platform content commercially.
5.AI-generated content
Some content is generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy and curriculum alignment, AI-generated material may occasionally contain errors. Teachers should review generated resources before using them with students.
6.Limitation of liability
Computer Quest is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
7.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes through the platform or by email and update the date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
