Make a Data Subject Access Request

Request a copy of or deletion of your personal data.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request:

  1. 1Submit a ticket (see Contact Us) with the subject 'Data Subject Access Request'.
  2. 2Include the email address on your account so we can verify your identity.
  3. 3We'll respond within one month with your data or confirmation of deletion.

Children's data

For students under 13, a parent or guardian should make the request on their behalf.
