Reset Your Password
Get back into your account if you've forgotten your password.
If you can't sign in, you can reset your password from the sign-in page.
- 1On the log-in page, click Forgot password?
- 2Enter the email address on your account and click Send reset link.
- 3Check your inbox for an email from Computer Quest and click the reset link.
- 4Choose a new password and sign in.
No email arrived?
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, make sure you used the same email you registered with, then try again.
